Plans, billing and trial access
What plans are available, and what do they cost?
Creative AI offers a three-day Explore trial, then monthly seats: Independent at ₹2,500, Accelerate at ₹3,500, and Collective at ₹4,000. Annual options can be discussed by email or phone if you prefer a longer term.
What is included under the Independent plan?
Independent covers core local search work for an operator: geo-grid rank tracking, listing audits, profile protection, automated posting, and AI-assisted review replies.
How is Accelerate or Collective different?
Higher seats add website tools, post automation, citations, priority support, and — on Collective — a dedicated manager plus help lifting GBP score across a book of locations.
Are there setup fees or surprise charges?
The advertised monthly prices cover the features in that plan. There are no extra setup fees unless something custom is agreed in writing.
Can I move from Independent to a larger seat mid-cycle?
Yes. Eligible accounts can upgrade during a subscription. Any prorated difference follows the current billing terms.
Do I have to sign a long binding term?
Monthly seats renew until you change them in the account. Annual options, if chosen, follow the renewal terms shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout supports the methods offered by the payment provider — typically cards, net banking, UPI, and other local options.
What happens to tracking data if I do not renew?
Retention follows the account terms. Export reports and keyword data before a seat ends if you need to keep a copy.
Do you offer custom pricing for large networks?
Yes. Franchise groups, enterprises, and large agencies can request a custom seat based on location volume and team needs.
Can I evaluate the platform before paying?
